Oscar and Angie Patron founded Beyond Expectations in 2007, bringing together more than 20 years of hands on industry experience. Before starting the company, Oscar spent 16 years with the Sea Island Company from 1997 to 2013, where he developed strong expertise across operations, customer service, and team management. That real world experience and commitment to quality became the foundation of Beyond Expectations and continues to guide the way we serve every client today.

During his time at Sea Island, Oscar earned multiple industry certifications and built strong professional relationships that later became a key part of Beyond Expectations’ foundation. He also gained high level service experience working with VIP clients, including supporting leaders such as presidents and prime ministers during the 2004 G8 Summit.
